Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, which really affected my experience. While there were a few positives, like the helpful bellman and the quick response from some staff, the general service was lacking and not what I expected. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.
I had a relaxing stay at the resort, which offered good value for money with a clean and comfortable room, complete with breakfast for a reasonable price. The Wi-Fi was fast throughout the resort, but the dining options were a bit limited due to renovations. Although some staff struggled with English, they were accommodating and tried their best to help. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but the ongoing renovations affected some facilities and services.
The hotel has a large and well-furnished Junior Suite, and the front desk staff were excellent, which made checking in easy. However, the dining options were quite disappointing, both in quality and quantity, and several facility issues in the room affected my stay. Overall, it feels more like a 3-star place than the billed 5-stars.
I had a good time at the casino, and the room was spacious and quiet with a nice view. While the service was nice and accommodating, the overall state of some areas like the carpeting and dining options could use some improvement. Additionally, the internet setup was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you're there to gamble, but might not be ideal for everyone.
The hotel is a mixed bag, with decent rooms and good service, but it leans more towards being a casino than a typical resort. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, which adds a positive touch to the experience. However, the dining options are limited and the overall facilities need some serious renovations. It’s an okay place for gamblers, but those looking for a full resort experience might want to consider other options.
